sorry for this inconvenience.
Samples:
We don't distribute free samples at all. We send trade samples, but note that we normally
charge current price plus shipping.
Discounts:
Purchasing orders exceeding 5.000 USD are eligible for 3% discounts, orders above 20.000
USD for 8% discounts.
Delivery time:
Your retail order is usually delivered within 2 - 10 weeks after we receive your payment.
Insurance:
Our export consignments shipped by air or sea freight are fully insured against loss or damage.
The costs of insurance are charged to the buyer separately.
